- Our process includes prescreening candidates through our internal expert panel, streamlining the selection process to minimize time consumption. We arrange interviews and delegations to connect clients with the most suitable candidates at optimal locations, maximizing selection opportunities in a shorter time frame.
- Once candidates are selected, we facilitate immediate actions to initiate their visa processes and manage all necessary legalities. We ensure the completion of domestic documentation, including medical tests, police clearance, and visa stamping through the embassy.
- We also organize a pre-mobilization induction process to familiarize candidates with the client’s company culture and essential country-specific laws and directives. Following these steps, we ensure the mobilization of candidates within the stipulated time frame as directed by the client.
